Cracked.com (which seems to be one of my most used resources for geeky stuff) has a list of “5 Innovative Ways the Gaming Industry is Screwing [us].” I have myself heard of all of these before but I still find them all very ridiculous. 20 Websites from before the Internet was invented

I wouldn’t make reference to Cracked.com in any serious discussion, paper or post, however every once in a while I have to hand it to the community: They are very imaginative.
The latest proof of this is found in their 20 websites from before the Internet was invented article in which Cracked staff asked community members to submit their own photoshoped sites from before the information superhighway. Some things in the article are not exactly SFW so I will be tagging this post NSFW, however here is the number 1 choice:

10 Baffling Computer Gagdgets
Again from Cracked.com, The 10 Most Baffling Computer Gadgets Money Can Buy. I had heard of some of these before and thought to myself “what’s the point?” The ones I hadn’t heard of made me ask myself the same question while shaking my head. All but the Roll-Up Keyboard which I think is a useful gadget. I guess necessity isn’t the only mother of invention, though.
